Notably, no two buildings are alike, as every structure has been crafted from individual architectural designs using innovative construction methods and unique finishing materials.

Donstroy’s influence is evident through its current residential projects, including the club house 'Dom XXII' situated in Khamovniki and the luxury project 'Tatarskaya 35' located in Zamoskvorechye. These initiatives reflect the company's commitment to luxury and exclusivity.

Additional large-scale projects currently underway include the 'Symbol' residential complex at Lefortovo, which covers 1.52 million square meters; the flagship 'Ostrova' project at Mnevniki floodplain, encompassing 1.55 million square meters; and the Ramenki territory where Donstroy is constructing three residential complexes: 'Ogni,' 'Sobytiye,' and club houses 'Reka,' totaling 1.34 million square meters.

Over the years, Donstroy has garnered more than 80 industry and state awards, showcasing its leadership position within the Moscow real estate market. These accolades have established the company not only as a developer but as a key player shaping the urban fabric of the city.

The recognition at the Proestate Awards highlights Donstroy's continuous pursuit of architectural excellence and commitment to enhancing Moscow's skyline. With these recent nominations, the company is poised to reinforce its reputation and continue setting benchmarks within the real estate sector.
