CorpSoft24 Expands Secure Hosting Services For Government Use

The company introduces specialized cloud solutions to meet new regulations for handling citizen inquiries.

CorpSoft24, a key player in the IT ecosystem, is making headlines for its recent expansion of complex cloud services to include secure hosting solutions. The company announced this development on February 26, 2025, signaling its readiness to meet the needs of governmental bodies and local authorities as they adapt to new legal requirements.

The introduction of these services coincides with changes brought about by Federal Law No. 547-FZ, which modifies how citizen inquiries are handled within the Russian Federation. Starting March 30, 2025, regional and municipal authorities will be able to utilize platforms for receiving public inquiries, including official websites and information systems established by government entities.

Dem'yan Ramen'skiy, head of information security direction at CorpSoft24, elaborates on the necessity of their specialized services: "Previously, regular hosting sufficed for state institutions to manage their information systems. Now, they will need to securely process and store personal data on these platforms." This necessitates hosting solutions compliant with stringent legislation, including personal data, government information systems (GIS), and public information systems (ISOP).

Following the announcement, CorpSoft24 reported a significant uptick in requests for secure hosting solutions from public sector organizations. This surge prompted the company to swiftly update its offerings, crafting a comprehensive service aimed at satisfying the latest regulatory demands.

This newly developed secure hosting service ensures the placement of official websites and information systems for state and local government bodies complies with all current regulations concerning data security. According to the company, the service adheres to personal data protection levels up to UZ-1, GIS to K1, and ISOP standards.

The service is distinguished by several key options: auditing customer processes concerning restricted access information, developing threat and intruder models, and designing information protection systems. Further, it facilitates the placement of information systems on approved cloud platforms and provides certified information protection tools and secure communication channels following GOST VPN standards.

CorpSoft24’s hosting solutions operate on Tier III reliable data centers located within Russia, assuring service availability of at least 99.982%. This is pivotal for state institutions needing dependable and rapid solutions.

Ramen'skiy adds, "State organizations face pressing deadlines to comply with these legislative changes. Developing project solutions internally can be time-consuming and costly. We offer ready-made solutions proven to work, particularly within the health sector."

Given the tightening regulations and heightened oversight on personal data management by authorities, it is anticipated there will be sustained interest from regional and local governments for these secure hosting services. The growing demand is expected to fuel the need for efficient, economical, and scalable digital services within the public sector, services which CorpSoft24 aims to deliver.

CorpSoft24 has built its reputation as an IT ecosystem providing various cloud-related services since 2009. The company specializes in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) models, serving over 300 mid- and large-scale businesses.

For more than seven years, CorpSoft24 has developed methodologies and automated business processes based on 1C software, establishing itself as the largest accredited partner of 1C. The clientele consists of significant global Russian and international companies, alongside various governmental organizations.

Since 2019, CorpSoft24 has also ventured as software developers for information security systems and effective management within companies, leveraging biometric identification and artificial intelligence. Their latest move, offering specialized secure hosting for governmental use, marks another milestone as they adapt to the current digital security climate.
