Vogue Williams And Spencer Matthews Expect Fourth Child

The celebrity couple share joyful news from St. Barts as they prepare to become a family of six, addressing past rumors and celebrating their growing household.

On April 16, 2026, Vogue Williams and Spencer Matthews delighted fans and followers by announcing they are expecting their fourth child, expanding their growing family and reaffirming their bond after months of public speculation. The couple, who married in 2018, shared the joyful news with a series of sun-soaked photos from a family getaway in St. Barts, capturing both the excitement of the moment and their signature sense of humor.

The announcement, made via Instagram, featured Vogue, 40, proudly displaying her baby bump in a playful pose alongside Spencer, 37, who pressed his stomach against hers. In another heartfelt image, Spencer lovingly cradled Vogue’s belly, while their three children—Theodore (7), Gigi (5), and Otto (3)—beamed by their side. The caption was simple but exuberant: “BABY NUMBER 4 INCOMING… ❤️❤️.”

According to Metro, the couple’s friends and celebrity acquaintances were quick to flood the comments with congratulations. Faye Winter cheered, “Wooohooo congratulations,” while Billie Shepherd added, “Huge congratulations to you all.” Georgia Toffolo called the news “amazing,” and Jamie Laing, a long-time friend, wrote, “Let’s go!!!” The outpouring of support included messages from Emma Louise Connolly and Irish influencer Roz Purcell, with fans echoing the sentiment: “You do make stunning babies to be fair…!!!!!”

Vogue and Spencer have become household names across the UK and Ireland, known not only for their media appearances but also for their candid, often humorous insights into parenting and marriage. Their openness about family life—shared on social media and their popular podcasts—has made them one of the most recognizable couples in entertainment.

Yet, the latest announcement comes after a period of persistent rumors about trouble in paradise. In March 2025, speculation intensified when Spencer stepped down from their joint podcast, Spencer & Vogue, to focus on his own project, Untapped, and to train for a grueling ultramarathon challenge. The absence of a public celebration of their seventh wedding anniversary only fueled the gossip.

Vogue, however, has addressed these rumors head-on, both in interviews and on social media. As reported by The Daily Mail, she told followers, “It’s with great sadness that I have to let you know that Spen and I are NOT breaking up! I usually avoid addressing baseless and cruel rumours, but this just keeps coming up. It’s disappointing to see this narrative being pushed almost daily when it’s absolutely not true, and much more importantly, I don’t want my children hearing these lies in the playground. We’re not sure what the angle is or where it’s coming from, but the whole thing feels very strange and mean. We’re very happily married and in love and I hope posting the truth on my own platform might make it stop.”

Despite her efforts, Vogue admitted to The Sun that public denials rarely silence the chatter: “Of course not! I’ll probably not bother next time.” Still, the couple’s recent beachside photos—showing them smiling and relaxed in the Caribbean sun—seem to put any doubts to rest, at least for now.

Behind their glamorous public image, Vogue and Spencer have shared candid reflections on the ups and downs of family life. Spencer, who gained fame on Made in Chelsea, has spoken openly about his struggles with alcohol dependency in 2017. On the Begin Again podcast, he credited Vogue for helping him turn his life around: “Marrying an amazing woman who I want to be better for, I think, has been very helpful. Genuinely, the person I used to be isn’t good enough for my wife.” He described Vogue as “a very special person,” adding, “She’s got it all. And she lights up rooms that she walks into. She’s immensely popular. I’ve never met anyone, really, that doesn’t immediately warm to her. Incredible sense of humour. Very beautiful. And you only have to spend a few hours with her around her kids to just see what a special mother she is, as well. Completely selfless and very special.”

Vogue, for her part, has never hidden her love for motherhood. In a 2022 interview with The Daily Mail, she confessed, “I would have a million kids, I love having children around us and having a big family and I hate the thought of never having a baby again because I love the whole newborn phase. Being a mum is literally my favourite thing in the world. I would like to think that we'd have one more but right now I need to see how we get on as a family of five.” She also described her positive experiences giving birth, saying, “I had a lovely labour with Otto. I had a great day with Spencer. I loved the whole day. I walked into the hospital and thought I'd do this as a job if I could just give birth for other people – and not be pregnant – I would happily do it.”

Still, the decision to grow their family wasn’t always straightforward. Back in 2024, Vogue admitted to having some hesitation about a fourth child, telling The Sun, “I had a timer on myself thinking: ‘I’ll decide at the end of this summer,’ and now it’s the end of summer and I still really just don’t know. If I said: ‘Let’s go with it,’ Spencer would do it straight away, but I think of the logistics, whereas he doesn’t. And he doesn’t have to carry a baby for nine months, so it’s a bit more of a decision for me.”

Now, it seems, those hesitations have faded. The couple’s announcement from St. Barts—where Spencer’s family owns a hotel—shows a united front, with both parents embracing the next chapter of their lives. Vogue, dressed in a black and white bikini and matching sarong, accessorized with a pink hat and oversized sunglasses, looked every bit the glowing expectant mother. Spencer, meanwhile, showed off his athletic physique, a testament to his recent ultramarathon training.

Their three children, Theodore, Gigi, and Otto, appeared thrilled in the family snaps, hinting at the excitement (and likely chaos) to come as they prepare to welcome a new sibling. The couple’s openness about both their joys and challenges continues to endear them to fans, offering a refreshingly honest look at modern family life in the public eye.

With “baby number 4 incoming,” the Matthews-Williams household is set to get even busier—and, if their track record is anything to go by, even more entertaining for those following along.
