According to state police, McMahon, now 80, was behind the wheel of a Bentley worth over $300,000, accelerating away from the trooper before braking too late and crashing into the BMW. The impact sent his vehicle careening into a guardrail and then back across the highway, kicking up a cloud of dirt and car parts.

Remarkably, no one was seriously injured in the crash. Besides the damage to the BMW, another car on the opposite side of the parkway was struck by flying debris. In 2024, McMahon resigned as executive chairman of the board of directors of TKO Group Holdings, WWE’s parent company, a day after a former WWE employee filed a sexual abuse lawsuit against him. McMahon has denied the allegations, and the lawsuit remains pending.
