NASA Astronauts Make Historic Early Return After Medical Issue

A crew of four leaves the International Space Station weeks ahead of schedule, marking the first medical evacuation in the station’s 25-year history and raising new questions about health care in space.

In an unprecedented move, NASA has orchestrated the first-ever medical evacuation from the International Space Station (ISS), prompting four astronauts to return to Earth nearly a month ahead of schedule.
